Karizma’s runaway smash “Work It Out” has been licensed for use in a new ad for Google’s Chromebook. The sixty second ad (titled “The New Way”) was posted today on ispot.tv today. It’s not embeddable, so here’s a short clip of Karizma watching Karizma’s song in a commercial:

Featured originally on The Deadpool EP from Marcel Vogel’s Lumberjacks in Hell, “Work It Out” has appeared on countless best seller lists throughout 2017. In our first review, 5 Mag’s Terry Matthew wrote:

Fierce, ferocious and sanctified: Karizma’s “Work It Out” is a raw sucker punch of The Word right in the gut. I’ve been playing this for weeks and it just has so much untamed power: Church Boy Lou does it like this, Robert Hood has been with Floorplan and you can hear it on some early Gospel-inflected worldly music from the likes of Ike Turner and Stevie Wonder. I had to double check to see if there was even a bassline to this – it sounded like people stomping in the rafters and beating on their knees.

Love “Work It Out” but can’t help feeling slightly offended that this song was used as an advertising ploy. As amazing as the song is, it’s lessened by using to advertise a product. Three song had nothing to do with the commercial. Seems a bit like the money changers in the temple to me.
